Virtue Virtue Virtue Virtue

"Virtutem forma decorat” means “beauty adorns virtue.” What this means is when a woman radiates virtue her beauty is like a “light that gives light to all in the house” (Matthew 5:15). A virtuous woman is a “light pointing toward something far greater than [herself].” This is what makes her beautiful.

God loves us and wants us to feel positive about who we are and what we have to offer; however, he wants us to recognize the power to feel good about ourselves likes not within some “big and spacious makeup kit,” but within our spirits. This power has been with us since the premortal life when we lived as spirit children with God the Father. Just like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, we can access the power of the ruby slippers anytime we need to. We’re always wearing them—we just have to remember how to use the.
